Touched By the Sun.
This is a love song which starts nearer the end than the beginning. It is a memory: a new family, nearly half a century ago, journeying into the red heart of Australia. The track features Tilly Clark as lead vocalist (even though Kayt was still on leave, she was involved in the songwriting and arrangement too!) and Steve Ashby as lead guitar, as well as the rest of the band of course.

Welcome back to our wonderful lead vocalist and songwriter Kayt Smith. She already has us hard at work composing and recording new material for release very soon. Our new release: “Touched By the Sun” is due out on all streaming platforms on Friday 22nd November. The song video premiere is at 7pm on Wednesday 20th November on our YouTube channel and our Facebook page. The song is already available for purchase on our Bandcamp page: https://drollz.bandcamp.com.
It is great sadness that we say farewell to Tilly Clark, who did a marvellous job while Kayt was away, and our lead guitarist Steve ("Stash") Ashby, who is taking some time out from music. We wish you both well for the future.
The eagle eyed among you will have noticed our recent name evolution to Drollz (with the pink z paying homage to our original name of Tayz & the Drolls!). This change is to ensure our original music is unambiguously OURS!
